The neck opening is 1.14" (2.9cm). Caps are stainless steel and plastic inserts are polypropylene. - All spice jars are 100% safe to be used with food. This set includes a chalkboard maker and a pen but we don’t think you will need it. We have included predesigned labels for all the most popular spices.
