Exactly what I need to help strengthen my knee area following a recommendation by physiotherapist. It's also great to sit on to correct your seated posture. It's easy to blow up as it comes with a convenient hand pump. Sometimes I put it on my chair when I am at work in order to stay straight and avoid backache. This item is very strong - perfect for balance exercises which I have to do for Achilles tendon physiotherapy. I am planning to buy two more since then, for other rooms in the house.
