What kind of material are they made of?** A: They are clear plastic stickers. I don't see any reason why you couldn't paint them, but I've never tried to. However, we make them in 6 different colors. You can see them on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z877VN7 **Q: What is the measurement of each?** A: Item Dimensions LxWxH: 5.25 x 6 x 0.25 inches **Q: Can these be used on brushed concrete like for a sidewalk?** A: I do not think they would work on brushed concrete. And, I don't know of any stickers that would.
