It really has a unique flavor that will bring your cooking to the next level. Remember that a little bit goes a long way. Don’t add it to cooked foods until the very end of cooking. If you’re making a dip though, crush it up, mix it in and wait several hours for the flavor to disperse because if you don’t the results will be bitter.
