Some people claimed to not receive the full amount when buying trim, so the first thing I did was measure it. It was over 1" extra, so perfect. This trim has a rough texture on it making it a little bit bulky and rugged looking, which was perfect for my application. I used it to cover the sharp edges of 0.060" and 0.125" thick aluminum sheet in a disc golf cart I built. It held on to the 0.125" thick material very strongly. It also did a good job of holding on to the 0.060" material. It was a little less snug, but not falling off for sure. The internal design features a long row of individual metal clips that are embedded in the material. As you can see from my picture, I was able to round a 90 degree corner. One of those clips did come out, but it still works fine and that is an impressive bend that I didn't think it could do. If you do bend it this far, though, you will permanently deform it, which is fine for me since I don't intend to remove it unless it wears out.
