  Seafood: Scatter your favourite pre-cooked seafood over the base such as prawns, chopped mussels and clams (try our delicious Omega mussels and clams from the seafood section of your supermarket). Lightly cover with freshly grated Italian cheese and a dash of herbs. Once cooked drizzle with olive oil. Or try smoked salmon slices scattered with chopped capers with little dollops of cream cheese, yum!
