Here is a picture of me in the black version of this dress. These sleeves aren't 3/4!!! The Olive one was way too tight!!! I'm 155 and 6' tall. I bought the Large as per the recommendations that you buy a size up. WAY TOO TIGHT!! The fabrics is not flattering and shows every dimple and bulge. Best part is that they only offered to refund me 10% of my money. Said I could keep the dress and give it to a friend as a gift.
