So when I was looking for a shower door, and this one came up at that price point, I figured I had nothing to lose.Packaging was excellent, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow with good illustrations. Nothing was damaged in shipping. All parts were included and clearly packaged and labeled. Door and frame were very sturdy. I was able to install this in one evening.One bit of advice: the instructions recommend cutting the top and bottom frame pieces with a hacksaw and mitre box. I found, due to the size of the pieces, that it was difficult and very time consuming to use that method. I found the job to go MUCH better using a mitre saw with the blade reversed. So if you have access to one, use that.I’m very happy with this purchase and installation! Admittedly, we had some second thoughts but that all disappeared when they were installed. I installed them myself. It took about 3 hours. You'll need a diamond tip drill set--about $20 off you're installing in a tiled wall surround area like ours and a GOOD hacksaw to cut the upper and lower channels to the exact opening size. I would but these again.Caution!THEY ARE REALLY HEAVY.These are not cheap plastic did.
