Im actually using it mainly for Eye Drops placed inside my eye at bedtime for extremely dry eys, and I have tiny cataracs Castor Oil I used before was from Optimum Eyes which was a bit heavier oil as long as its Hexane Free Organic you can put drops inside your eyes an Eye Specialist that is an Acupuncturist taught me the benefits of using a hexane free oil.
