I have only begun to use my bands but there are MILLIONS of ways to use them with my arms, and my legs. i'm happy with the purchase, and I even told my Chiropractor about how great they are! The idea of resistance bands is awesome but who knew they ROLL down if they are not fabric covered? I didn't. So after research on Amazon, i picked this brand because of the extra band for very UPPER thigh workouts. Its bootytastic! I love the colors, did I mention that? :) I do. My husband even likes them. I do the "century" workout. A hundred reps with each band from smallest to largest. Its tough. my legs are weak after I am done.I notice that my Sciatica pain is no more. The thigh muscles are very important in the movement of your back and support so much weight, fighting gravity, that they deserve the resistance these awesome bands provide. You will not be disappointed with purchasing this set!I have steel rods in my left leg from a teenage year injury & I use these bands to maintain my balance & stamina between chiropractic visits. After looking for a while trying to find the right set of resistance bands I decided on these. The fabric is good quality and the resistance is very good. The colors are also a plus as I love pinks and purples! I also like that there was a fourth band when most come with only three.
