When first arrived, it was missing the decorative but functional key. The vendor solved this when I received the correct key around 9-15-19 after a 6-18-19 purchase. They first sent a barrel type key which opens a soda vending machine. That took 4 wks or so. I let them know of the error and did get the correct key on the second go around. Around 9-18-19, the winder quick working. When I removed one of my watches, I found the date had not moved for 4 days. I tried everything, but it would no longer function. So it lasted about 3 months before it failed. When I turn it on now, the winder will not start without help, but since it does not run continuously, as soon as it stops, it fails to start again. The product looks great and for the first 3 months I was elated as my watch was keeping great time.
