I only had 3 tbsps butter, so I subbed the rest with 3 tbsps of olive oil. They still came out awesome! I also added more chocolate chips because I like very chocolately cookies. The mix has a great taste and I'm glad it's organic. I noticed that these bake crunchy, not chewy (unless they are fresh out of the oven). I actually don't mind crunchy cookies so it's no issue for me. So good with a cold glass of almond milk.
