The inside lining of the bowl is raised and breaking off. There is also a crack on the wooden outside part. I don’t see how this can last even if it arrived without the defects. It’s a beautiful design but I need a serving bowl not a picture.***UPDATE***After I returned the bowl the seller contacted me and sent a replacement bowl. Unfortunately, that bowl also broke in transit. When I let Olivia Know what happened she replaced the bowl again! I didn’t expect her to but she did. It was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The third bowl arrived with more cushion in the packaging and it was in good condition. I’ve had a chance to use it a couple of times and it actually holds up pretty well. I’ve gotten compliments from my husband and the kids on it and they’re not ones to notice bowls. I will be using it a lot this summer as it makes a really nice presentation piece. I like the bowl but most of all I am very impressed by this seller and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase any products from them in the future.
