This replacement battery fit exactly, but it is slightly lighter than the original battery which worried me a little bit. However, after I charged this replacement battery and ran my Roomba, it seemed to work just like it used to. I ran it in a total of 3 rooms in my house, and every time it ran for at least an hour and returned to the dock. I don't know if this is the same time, less time, or more time than my Roomba used to run before the old battery died. But all three rooms appeared to be fully vacuumed and the Roomba returned to the charging dock when it was done, so I'm perfectly happy with this replacement battery.*Edit Sept 7, 2022This battery stopped holding a charge about a year ago. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Error 1 and Error 7 - Rendered useless *by P***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 16, 2019* The pre-charged battery was easy to install and worked as advertised. After running the battery down to where it would normally be charged, it returned to the charger. Shortly after starting to charge, the 780 showed "Error 1". It was removed from and returned to the charger multiple times and met with the same error. The battery was then removed and reseated a few times where it now gets an "Error 7" (failed to cool down).I reached out to the vendor via the email address provided in the other reviews and got no response.
