It would be 3 times the price if it was all stainless steel. **Q: What the input voltage ?** A: You can input 110 - 120Volts into this badboy! **Q: Is the cutting lever metal or plastic?** A: The cutting lever is metal. But there is a small part that is attached to it that moves the cutting wheel that is made of plastic. And that brakes pretty easily. Making it inoperable. **Q: Electric can opener that opens gallon size cans** A: I've not had gallon sized cans to open, so I can't rate this can opener on this question.
