Many, many hours. The main issue is the center console (which has a lid for storage and 2 coffee cup holders), the original ad had the proper piece which let the lid lift and had cup holder cut-outs. The part they sent has a solid cover and covers the cup holders and the lid. We called the company and after an hour on the phone they said they would send us the right part for $25. A month later it came and was the exact same part, and at this point they changed the pictures to show this same POS cover that disallows your console storage and cup-holders. After a second call to the company it is still not resolved.
