He's had some difficulty taking B12 in the past, so we thought a liquid supplement might make it easier to start with a very small amount and work up to a full dose. The flavor is good (not too sweet or strong-tasting) and the supplement is easy to take. The only recommendation I'd have is that the dropper should have indicators of various dose levels.
