Great for Exercise!
I was looking for a maternity belt that I could use while running to take the pressure off of my pelvis since I was in a lot of pain while running in my 2nd trimester. I was a tad hesitant when I placed my order since some of the reviews said it was too heavy and sweaty. My plan was to get this breathable version because I wanted to put it on my skin under my running clothes. I checked my size and ordered the white, medium belt. I absolutely love it! The belt does an amazing job of holding up my stomach and takes the pain off my pelvis plus I don’t feel sweaty or itchy at all with the belt straight on my skin. It’s definitely a larger looking belt with more support but that was what I needed. I’m 32 weeks and have since had to stop running but I still use the belt on my daily walks and it makes a world of difference. It is unflattering but since I wear it under my clothes, it’s not an issue.

So-so for plus sized women
I got this belt because of reviews on external sites. It sounded like it would offer the most support, and it has space in the back for a hot/cold pack. It does support my belly and relieve pain, but it is not the most convenient or comfortable to wear as a bigger woman (size 18-20 pre-pregnancy.) If the issues with bunching/rolling and scratchy velcro were fixed the review would be 5 stars. While wearing, the taller sides and back will not lay flat against my body, but instead bunch up and roll down. The belt has velcro in the front and at the ends of two adjustment straps on the sides. These are great to get just the right fit, but unless you have things lined up exactly the edges of the velcro on the side straps will overhang the belt and stick and scratch at you. Trying to get the belt on just right without a mirror is near impossible, which makes public bathrooms a hassle. Also, due to the issues with the velcro and bunching I've found that it's uncomfortable to wear unless it's worn on top of clothing.I recently purchased the Azmed belt as well. The Azmed belt, while it doesn't bunch or have velcro issues, it doesn't offer the same amount of support as the Gabrialla belt. If I know I'm going to be on my feet for an extended period of time (like grocery shopping) I'll wear the Gabrialla, but if it's just a usual day at the office the Azmed is more comfortable.

Exactly as described.
My daughter needed this for her pregnancy and said it worked great since she stands most of the day.

Runs extremely small
This runs extremely small. I measured myself to make sure to order the correct size. I am 7 months now and am carrying very small. I ordered a medium like it suggested and I barely can squeeze into it and get it to wrap around. Did not realize I cannot return or exchange. So wasted money. I knew I should have just ordered the better more expensive one I really wanted. I can't even use this. Maybe ig I got it 3 months ago I could have. Warning. Definitely order a size up!!!!

Great Belt and Works for Diastasis Recti!
This belt has been amazing. I had one that I used during my first two pregnancies, but it was loaned out and never returned. It was also double the price of this belt/band. Though not intended for this use, I have diastasis recti that causes me a lot of discomfort and pain during this third pregnancy. I found that if I flip the brace around, it helps to hold my belly together and alleviate the hip, lower back, and pelvic pain I was feeling while doing physical activities like lifting, twisting, and bending, and also when walking long distances (like the fair and theme parks). My only complaint is that the two bands that can be tightened are more narrow than the width of the brace itself and positioned at the top; I would have preferred them to be thicker or positioned in the middle of the brace.

Not too comfortable
While it’s true that the part that actually touches your belly is made of cotton, the rest is all synthetic fibers, including the part around your back. It’s also made of very tough fabric that feels super uncomfortable because it doesn’t bend at all. I had to actually remove it every time I sat down because it dug into my thighs. I’m sure if you’re planning to use it to exercise or something, it might work. But I wanted it just to wear all day, since the size of my belly is starting to make it very uncomfortable just to walk around the house, and it’s definitely not good for that. The sizing is also very much on the smaller side. I’m 6 months pregnant, bought an XL, and it barely fit me. This would not be good anymore in just a couple more weeks. I had to attach the velcro on the very edge. Granted, I’m a big girl, but not that big. An XL should’ve worked.

Helped with BH and sacral/pelvic pain
Third pregnancy and 35th week- couldn't move. Still had 2 toddlers to chase. This helps support my belly so I can at least walk around. Pelvic pain from just ligament stretching and walking- if I lower the band to actually support my pelvis as well, the pain is definitely reduced by 50% and I can make it to the evenings for the long days. Size fits me well - wearing a large maternity now. Not too bulky like some. Only complaint would be that I do have to wear it over clothes otherwise the velcro does irritate my skin, but easy to do over a shirt or over maternity shorts/pants.

Great for Small Bellies - Good Support at Work - Not great for big bellies - Afraid to Workout in it
I do not believe this is a good fit for me; I ordered an XL according to the sizing chart provided; I do not believe this prodct was designed for bigger ladies with hips, there is extra padding on the side that adds to your pants...also the bands pull towards the center in a thin twisty way instead of staying wide - which would make all the difference. It has helped while at work, but I wouldn’t try to work out in it.I am now in my 31st week of pregnancy and I am working better without the band. I only recommend this belt for smaller ladies...Perhaps an added 1.5” to the main band would help? Idk - I had to adjust the velcro straps multiple times to make sure it did not scratch my skin, wearing it over my clothes caused it to move, and evntually the elastic bands stayed centered which created an uncomfortable pull. I wore this for 5 days @ 30 hours of working a week for two months before these issues arrised. I have seen the fit guide and the how too and even delicately washed and air dried the band.
