It works very well
I purchased this adaptor to connect a 2006 Davis weather station to a new computer. Computers built in the past 15 years do not have serial connectors (db 9). It and the high quality drivers connected seamlessly to my HP-Windows 11 computer. My serial connected Weather Station is now posting to the weather underground site on The WWW.

Just what I needed
This cable was perfect...I had an old printer and wanted to hook it up to my new laptop. The cable worked fine. However, the trouble is that my laptop did not support the old printer. So, if you are trying to do what I was trying to do, save yourself some time and money and make sure your laptop supports the printer first. I gave the cable away with the old printer.

I knew when I saw that this was coming from Germany that I was going to get a good product. I've been burned a few times buying cords from unscrupulous companies that are just unloading junk that doesn't even match the description, and by the time you figure out what happened, it's not worth the hassle of sending it back. But this was exactly what I needed for my old hp InkJet 4100. Of course, setting up the software is a whole other headache -- but the cord does exactly what it is intended to.

This cable is not easy to find in a store. It was easy to connect; it performed as one would expect from a cable.

Great fix for windows 10 issue
This adapter came recommended to me by the I.T. department from a software company I use at work to fix a windows 10 compatibility issue. It has worked great and has resolved that issue.

Good Product
No driver needed... just works. Refreshing. I am always looking for the "best of breed" and this one met the standard.

This cable arrived on time and it was just as described. It fit the Oki Data printer perfectly and hookup was quite easy. I am very satisfied!

If you have a older parallel printer and a newer computer this little adapter is just what you need.Just plug it into the printer parallel port and plug the other end into your computer and you areG to G "Good to Go" !These have let me put new life into older laser printers.
