bought this as a replacement. Works great - no issues after 6 months. I like the size - nice and small for traveling or just carrying in the computer bag. And cord is good length to reach the power outlet.

The USB C connector busted on the original power adapter I got with the laptop after 5 years. This replacement worked as advertised with no issues.

Although I rated this product four instead of five, it was because it's the wrong product for my computer, (dell xps) and I thought I asked about it or searched it very carefully.Ask for the engineering of the device. A lighted cord tells you it's sending a charge. It's firmly wrapped in the converter, and it's reliable. It could charge all USB devices. Only the Dell XPS requires a special charger. And that's what I had initially bought it for. So in that arena, I was unhappy enough to shoot off one of the stars.

I purchased a cheaper cord and it did not work properly. It got to be that it was only working half the time. This power cord has never given me a problem so far.

I bought this as a quick replacement after my cat chewed through my previous charger. It feels durable and has worked great for the past week or so we as I waited for my replacement from Dell. I’ll definitely keep it around

Original Dell as described. Looks new and works perfect so far. I used it with the Dell XPS 9310 Laptop. My favorite features are the long length of the cord and how the tiny tip lights up just like my original charger from Dell.

I took really good care of it, and for a while it actually worked really well! I was really happy but then after a month, it just stopped working one day. I tried to connect it with the other Dell charger I had and was able to figure out that it was an internal connection issue with the brick of the charger, but I don't know why it suddenly stopped working. I took really good care of it and rarely used it because I have another charger too so this was supposed to just be a backup.

I, like just about everyone else, have struggled with the design flaw in the charger port of the Dell Inspiron 13 laptop. I purchased multiple chargers and NONE of them worked right. Then I ran across this charger and decided the worst that could happen would be throwing away more money. I like my laptop, other than the charger of course, and didn’t want to have to buy a new one of a different brand if I didn’t have to. And now I don’t have to! Finally, a charger that works using the USB-C port. It works like a charm. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.
