Alittle hard to activate. Some were easy, some harder to get it started. the Heat stayed for awhile, its gets very hot at first, would purchase again

I am 5 days post op from ACDF surgery( anterior cervical discectomy & fusion). Had disc removed from my spine and bones fused together , I used the ones in the hospital as they really helped. I tried to find the exact ones from the hospital but couldn't so I took a chance despite some not so good reviews and purchased this brand. I'm so glad I did. The only con is that the bag can be sometimes hard to pop but once u do it activates quickly by shaking and rubbing together. And they get HOT!! hotter than the brand the hospital used. You'll def need a light barrier like a thin towel on ur skin. They last about 25 mins which is good especially when u place it over a chronic pained spot. I always give reviews when I buy products and I love reading them before I buy anything. I'm telling you to buy it! Im buying more for family members.Happy healing!

These are easier than other instant heat packs to activate, but they are super hot when first activated. I have wrap the pack with a double layer of T-shirt material in order to protect my skin. The heat is intense at the beginning but does fade more quickly than anticipated. I wish the heat could be lower but more sustained.

These hot packs really work and I have never had any issues with safety. If you think they are either too hot or don't last long enough try putting them in a crew sock. It helps retain the heat and makes them comfortable and non slippery against your skin. I have never had one leak. I simply fold them in half and apply pressure followed by kneading the package to mix the ingredients. FOLLOW THE SIMPLE DIRECTIONS ON THE PACKAGE!

The heat bags are long and get hot quickly, I put a towel between the bag and my skin because its too hot to place directly on the skin. They stay hot between 20 to 30 minutes. Plentiful of time to have the heat penetrate the sore area. The only difficulty I have is squeezing and twisting the bag to release the chemical to activate the heat. People with strong hands should not have a problem.

This has been the second time I order this product and I have to say that this time I am truly disappointed. When I had read some reviews before this order I would say to myself “what are they talking about, this product is great!” But now I see what they mean. These instant hot packs don’t give out the heat that the last order did. The last order’s packs would get so hot that I needed a towel in between plus they would last a very long time. With this new order the pack gets warm and the heat does not last long at all. One very noticeable thing is that even though its from the same sender and same brand, the pack I received last time were white heat packs and these are the ones on the description picture. I hate the fact that the products quality is not consistent when you expect the same great quality.

The first one I got came with a cloth pouch and I've been using it ever since but I've sort of been taking it for granted. I realize now that None of the orders after my first one have been coming with that protective pouch. I finally lost the original one and realized they're no longer included.Now this box came with 3 cloth pouches instead of one or zero.I will keep buying these though.

These can get extremely hot but when I wrapped it with a wet towel is when I got the most benefit from the moisture of the heat. I was an absolute bliss. It relieve the pain so much.
