A truly superb product.
Superb piece.1) Very well packed.2) Superb aesthetics3) Suction pads to prevent toppling. Area of base of support is small. The resulting instability is addressed by strong suction pads.4) Noiseless5) No heating noticeable at 1600 W output.6) Two American plug inlet on either sides.7) Compact8) Toroidal transformer. High efficiency.9) Relay operated latch on switch. Enhanced switch life.10) Smooth plug operation on input and output side. Not like the nuisance Chinese type which have a perpetual fitment problem.11) Plug n play.12) I have put a six inch ruler alongside. Thickness gives you a feeling that you can lift it between your thumb and forefinger. Careful. It's heavier than what you expect.Overall, a very agreeable experience. Recommend it without reservations. Money well spent.

Great product for us appliances to use in India
This product works great and the output voltage is stable. I was using Instant Pot, Nutri Bullet and Air Fryer bought from US and it’s been working fine so far. The product is really heavy and sturdy though don’t mind as am not moving it around. A good looking product and not occupying much space as well.

Does everything it says perfectly but not meant for continuous run
I bought 2KW variant for my Roomba auto dispose bin (1.2 KW max intake) and Roomba asks for continuous power flow for various reason even though it has battery. The transformer has an auto shut off enabled after a certain duration and my Roomba discharges completely within next 12 hours. I thought of buying a wifi power socket to control the power supply to transformer but it won't work as whenever power supply is turned back on, for transformer to start working again one need to press a button on it.For now I'm stuck with hassle of manually turning it on again and wait for another two hours my Roomba to charge up and start working again.

Excellent and Expensive
It looks amazing and works perfectly..! Just as advertised. If you have the money, don't waste time on other step down converters. This is half their size, and looks beautiful.I ordered another one after using the 1st one for a month. Using US appliances with this:- Works great with 1750 W Nespresso Machine- 1500 W Vitamix- 2000 W Dyson hair dryerYou won't regret buying this.

Works great
Works great. Haven't had any issues with this so far. We keep it on the floor, below the table, and haven't seen it get heated up once so far. I use it for my 58" LED TV, and it works great. Also seems very well built. It came in a 3 layered packaging, which was great. The only thing is, it converts the voltage in half. For the price of this, I would have expected an intelligent variable regulation feature where it can regulate the voltage to 110v, which doesn't seem to be there. Would also have expected surge protection, but not sure if it is present. Shows voltage very accurately, measured it with a voltmeter.Overall, I would say it's quite expensive, but I would rather pay a little more and have peace of mind, than to blow up my TV with something cheap.
