Chocolate sauce is not like chocolate bars where there is a 60% chocolate specification because there is liquid that is added to make it into a sauce. Inherently, that would drive down the cocoa solid percentage just make it into a sauce format. This would be considered a semi-sweet sauce. This is not a concentrate. This is a chocolate sauce. So depending on your recipe it would be used at the same measurement as the recipe calls for when it mentions "sauce". Hope this helps.
