Works great with my Jabra GO wireless headset!
Connected this from my Jabra GO base to Panasonic cordless handset - perfect fit and audio is clear. I had been planning to run a new phone line/jack to my home office so that I could install a phone set and connect to my Jabra GO with traditional rj9-rj9 connector. But this saved me the trouble and didn't have to dedicate space on my desk for a new phone set.

Nothing special
Works fine for the headset when the mic is muted. If the mic is unmuted, incredible feedback results. Not impressed.

Used with Plantronics Supra Wireless headset CS351N
Here is the review that I wrote for the headset which explains how I used this cable adapter.I did some research about using this unit with a 2.5 mm adapter. I have a four-line GE phone that has the 2.5 mm headset input and the headset button on the front face of the phone next to the speaker button. I did not want to use the headset lifter. It just seemed too much of a Rube Goldberg approach to answering or placing a call. So I purchased this adapter on Amazon.com, "GN Netcom 2.5MM TO RJ-9 Audio Cord for Panasonic 8763-289 POLYCOM 320/330". I was warned that I may loose quality or that there may not be enough amplification. I did not have a problem with either, and I recommend this combination. Also, if you use the headset in this configuration, there is an option on the headset so that when you pull the headset out of the charging station/dock, it automatically turns on. I find this feature very convenient since it does not require pushing another button to place a call.Supra Plus Wireless Nc Monaural Noise Cancel (CS351N)

No problems. It is part of a wireless headset for Deskphone
No problems. It is part of a wireless headset for a Cisco Desk phone. Difficult to rate individually. Lady at Amazon was a great help in finding the correct cord to use with the phone and Jabra headset.

Works with Panasonic Consumer Desktop and Cordless Phones
I used this cord to connect both consumer desktop and consumer cordless Panasonic phones with 2.5mm headphone jacks with a GN Netcom 9120 wireless headset. Worked perfectly with the 9120 selector switch in the default position - didn't have to switch it around to find the one that worked. Until I found this item on Amazon I was planning on soldering up a cable myself, but the small savings wasn't worth the time and bother, and I would have had to buy the two plug ends from Radio Shack anyways.

Three Stars
I got this to replace another cord, this one also seems loose in the phone jack.

You need this to get the most from your wireless headset.
I bought a refurbished Jabra GN 9330 for about $50 and it worked fine, but you needed to lift the Cisco IP 303 phone's handset off the cradle in order to use your wireless headset. This adapter eliminates that hassle and works perfectly with the phone's 2.5 mm headset jack located on the side. Well worth it.

2.5mm Head is Loose
For the longest time, I thought there was a comparability issue between Jabra Pro 9470 and the Cisco SPA 303. It turns out, it was this wire at the 2.5mm head that was loose and needed a good pinch.
