Awesome Product
This is our first watercolor color pencils and they’re awesome! It has everything you would need as a starter pack: watercolor color pencils, pencils, paint brushes, eraser, sharpener, a big case to keep it all in, and watercolor paper pad. This was part of a Christmas present for my 4 yo who loves art. It was such a hit that everyone made their own creation.

Great travel set for young artist
I got this as a gift for my young 14 year old cousin and she loves it! She has experience using watercolor pencils at school and she said the kind they use is brittle and breaks easily. She says these are smooth and great quality pencils with a wide array of colors (including white, which is rare). As soon as she saw the set she was excited to start right away. Good thing the set came with a small pad of watercolor paper! She immediately started to draw and paint.The elastic holding the pencils are nice and tight and keeps the pencils from moving around. She got really excited about the pocket that held the paper. (I think it would be nice if there was an exterior pocket.) She also likes that it comes with brushes. She said the only thing she wishes it had was a kneaded eraser instead of a standard eraser, but overall was super pleased with the entire set.I recommend this for a budding young artist in your family.

Great art set, but could use instructions.
Got this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She loves it! It is a nice art set, I only wish there were a set of I instructions on how to make the watercolors with the pen. Only so she could have read the instructions herself to figure it out.

I really love this package
This was a gift for a beginning adult, and I just loved that every single thing they need is included, even a small pad of paper.I'll have to wait to see how well the watercolor pencils work, but this is just a perfect size and set up for a gift, or to use while traveling.Really nicely done. Arrived quickly as well.

Fun to use!
I think this is great for beginners, kids, and inexperienced watercolorists. It's fun to work and play around with. I'm heavy-handed and feared that these pencils would break, but they're actually quite sturdy. You get a lot of tools and nice little case to hold everything. Definitely a great gift for creative kids (and adults) to experiment with.

A little bit of everything
As a beginner w/pencils I looked for a reasonably priced kit with a little bit of everything-this is it. Brushes are fine, eraser is great, paper is ok-very grainy. Pencils are a disappointment. Bright and intense colors but I’m having trouble getting deep, dark shades even with mixing. Definitely a good starter kit.
