Ok product as per requirement

I got this four months ago, didn't take an installation with it when I needed one and didn't really notice either there was one available, fine, my fault. I asked Amazon to get me one and they asked to call them later or assured me an installation person would come, all while the return window closed. Then they said that I should have added an installation and they couldn't do anything. If they had told me earlier there was nothing to be done earlier, I would have returned this but they said they cab do nothing after the return window closed. Sounds a bit like cheating so that they wouldn't have to take it back, doesn't it?Then I got a local to fix this thing and a part turned out to be missing. I contacted Amazon and they asked to contact the brand and I did. The brand asks me to contact Amazon and Amazon tells me to contact the brand. Apparently, neither could do anything. Reach ultimately said they would provide me with the accessory but it's been months since then but nothing. Hell, I asked them a few times, reminded them, and so on, nothing at all. Nobody serms to give a damn about my situation... First they misguide me and then would totally deny they have anything to do with my problems, and the brand does not help either, totally irresponsible.And now I can't even use this thing properly.

I bought this Air bike from Amazon and they delivered on time. Coming to the product , the installation is very easy and easy to use. It provids a full body workout and it is smooth and not that much noisy. The design is Compact and sturdy. This is perfect for indoor use.
