Arrived quickly, well packaged and in good health. It had a plastic version of the flower to demonstrate what it will look like when it does, also a card with instructions for care.

I am Pleasantly surprised, Received a Lovely healthy young Plant, I love the artificial flower, I thought Its a good idea, Until the real flowers appear, It Certainly brightens up a room!

The plant arrived carefully packaged and it is very healthy. All good so far.Sadly it is described as a 12cm pot with an overall plant size of 40-50cm including the pot.The one I received is very small and at most 25cm including the pot. Really excellent customer service from the seller, recognising an error and have now resolved it. A replacement offered. Can’t say fairer than that- really good customer service from the seller.I pie a little more expecting a more mature plant so disappointed.

Extremely unethical way to sell a plant. Technically, they do state that the flowers are plastic until real ones grow (if you have mega-green fingers). But, if you're not looking for it, you're not likely to acknowledge their well-disguised disclosure; as a lot of buyers will attest to. I wouldn't buy from this seller again. They've lost my trust.

Flower is false - but that’s expected with this plantHowever, I normally repot plants as I get them however this soil mix was perfect and the nursery pot was a decent size too, never had that before, fantastic less work for me haha

The plant was a gift that I had sent directly to my friend, it was much smaller than expected and described . Not worth the money, I felt very uncomfortable when my friend pointed out the plant she had on display the plant only had 5 leaves and a ridiculous faux flower it was embarrassing!!!!I wouldn’t recommend this plant , the quality was good and it looked healthy enough, time will tell.

Arrived whilst I was away, husband opened and followed my phone instructions re care..... Once home and settled for a week I repotted it. Few days later looked to water it as going away for a couple of days.....lifted out of the planter......oh no!...have I broken the flower off at the base?....…..hang on......the flower is plastic......😂😂😂lovingly cared for and never noticed.....

The condition of this plant is amazing considering the price, the plant arrived with healthy leaves and moist soil and much quicker than expected.I knew buying this that the flower is artificial as this plant is clearly very young and a bird of paradise will not bloom untill it’s at least 5 years old and mature so I’m not disappointed with my purchase at all.
