Good flosser for the money
DESIGN:The chrome-plated plastic buttons and cap add a nice touch to the look of the flosser, but it feels a little cheap and will probably wear off quickly. The overall fit and finish is good. It has a nice weight to it—not too heavy or too light. It fits rather comfortably in the hand, even small hands, but the placement of the on/off button creates the sensation that you may unintentionally push it. It doesn’t seem to be a problem, though. The charging port comes with a small rubber insert to protect it from water. It works well, but because it is not attached to the unit, it could easily be lost. It does come with an extra one, though, so that it nice. The portability of this cordless flosser is what I like the most.PERFORMANCE:The performance is very good. The power of the water is perfect. One thing I did notice, in comparison to my countertop flosser, is that the third level of power on the cordless flosser is about same as the first level of power on the countertop unit. So, it does not seem quite as powerful as the countertop unit, though the advantage of the portability outweighs the slight loss of power. As for me, I don’t use the highest setting on my countertop unit, anyway, so it is not an issue. A great thing about this flosser is that it is quiet. It doesn’t sound like you are using power tools in your bathroom every time you are flossing. Bottom line, I love this flosser. I think it is a great product for the money. The experience is pleasant, and it does its job well. All in all, a good buy.

Great for Travelers
I am a frequent traveler and use a power flosser due to periodontal issues. This professional cordless model fits my needs nicely. When I opened the box and instructions it said the unit needed charging 3 to 5 hours prior to use. The unit has a USB cord, but does not come with the 5v charger. Instead it suggests you use your phone charger. I checked my iPhone charger, and sure enough it was 5 volt! I used it, and in about 3 hours the unit was fully charged. The unit comes with a travel bag for storage, and a plastic case to store the flosser tips neatly. It fills easily from a filling port on the rear base of the unit. I filled it with 2/3 water, and 1/3 mouthwash as I do the unit I use at home. The flosser tip was easily inserted into the top of the unit. It has 5 power levels and a clearly marked on/off switch.I tried each level and preferred the most powerful level, which seemed to best simulate my home model experience. For a portable unit, it did an amazingly good job! I was impressed with the power. The clean up was also easy after the water reservoir emptied. The reservoir is detachable which greatly aided cleaning. It also has a 24-month warranty, which is impressive for a travel unit.I highly recommend this unit if you travel frequently as I do. The tips are interchangeable with the countertop H2o flosser model which I also have which is helpful.

GREAT! But TRICKY little product.
I really didn’t want to review this right now but here it go! I love the packaging, the size and all the little size able water picks that come with it. Very nice. You can travel with it, it’s not small but it’s not big either. It’s bigger than my shaving equipment for sure. That’s the positive now the negative is, it feels very cheap, and plastic. Also you better start on the lowest water pressure as possible at first, because if you don’t it can do some harm to your bathroom mirror, walls and maybe even your eyes if your not careful. The water was squirting out so fast and furious, I didn’t know what I was doing it’s so powerful, you can actually use this as a electric water hose, and it could have scraped my eye balls up. You do have to be very careful when using this product. I honestly had to WATCH a YOUTUBE video on how to use this cause I HAD NO IDEA what I was doing at first. The water was all over my mirror and face and just everywhere lmao. But since I watched the YOUTUBE video I know how to use it. I love it it does get your teeth clean and feeling fresh. The second time I did notice a little blood from my teeth because (I haven’t flossed in God knows when) but my gums were all clear of food Particles and my teeth loved the cleaning plus my mouth was so fresh and so clean! I haven’t used it in awhile to be honest... (side note: I don’t really like flossing but I need too) but I love it! It’s great but tricky!

Power washer for your teeth (comparison with Sonicare Air Flosser)
I have been using a Sonicare Air Flosser for the past few years and thought it was fantastic but when it stopped working I purchased this as a replacement (I actually expected to return it and get another air flosser but wanted to give it a try). The air flosser is much less messy to use and always felt like it did a pretty good job, but this H2Ofloss is so much better. I used cold water the first time and found it mildly unconfortable but using warm water it's excellent (it does say that in the manual, but who reads those). The variable power is excellent and I really like the rotating nozzle, so easy to use and probably the best improvement over the air flosser. The tank is removable (some reviews disagree but they apparently haven't pulled hard enough) for cleaning as needed, and may help with packing for a trip as it's fairly large compared to the air flosser. I would also suggest they add a travel lock option which is a nice feature to prevent it turning on accidentally.Overall I give this 5 stars for the value and performance compared to the much more expensive air flosser.
