Great for artist!!!
I got this for art, and it’s honestly way better than a regular mechanical pencil. The lead rotates automatically, so you don’t get those annoying thick edges that make shading uneven. Lines stay sharp and consistent without having to adjust how you hold it.Pros:✔ No chisel tip – Perfect for clean, precise lines.✔ Glides smoothly – No scratchiness or skipping.✔ Lightweight but sturdy – Feels good in hand without being too heavy.✔ Refillable – No need to keep buying new pencils.Cons:✖ The grip isn’t cushioned, so if you prefer a softer hold, it might take some getting used to. I added a squishy pencil grip to mine.✖ The lead rotation works best with consistent pressure, so it might not be as noticeable if you do a lot of light sketching or if you don't lift you're pencil for long periods of time.Final Thoughts:If you sketch or do line work, this is a solid upgrade from a regular mechanical pencil. The self-sharpening feature keeps lines crisp, and it just makes the whole drawing process smoother. Definitely worth it!!!

Easily my favorite
This pencil is seriously the best pencil I've ever used. If you're like Goldilocks when it comes to pencils, I believe this is the pencil for you. It's not too heavy or bulky and it's not too skinny or light so your hand certainly won't cramp after hours of taking notes in class! It's about 1 cm in width, which, to me, is pretty much the ideal size for a pencil, and it's got a good weight to it so it feels sturdy without weighing you down.Besides the size/weight being hand-friendly, it's also got a neat little rubber ring as a cushion/grip right below the clear portion of the pencil. Now, I haven't had this pencil for too long yet, but one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to gripped pencils is how they tend to loosen up over time and slip off the pencil as you write. I really don't press down that hard when I write, so I think it's a natural thing that happens to gripped pencils.... Anyway, this pencil gives you the cushion if you want it, but just enough room that you can still use the pencil just fine without it. Awesome! The one feature about this pencil that makes this pencil THE BEST is the lead rotating mechanism. I've written with pencils for a long enough time that I've become accustomed to subconsciously rotating my pencil while I'm writing (I still do it when I write with pens, hah), but I'd be lying if I said that was my favorite thing about writing with pencils. I'll admit, it's not an absolute must have and having to rotate your pencil while you write is definitely a first world problem, but it's definitely reeeally nice when you don't have to do it.

The lead seems to last forever.
Great pencil. The lead seems to last forever. I've been using it for 3 or 4 months and have not had to replace the lead yet. Really nice fluid writing.

Great for note taking!
I prefer 0.5 lead in my pencils because I write pretty small. Up until now, I was using my architectural drafting pencils to take notes but they are metal and don't have very comfortable grips, this pencil is way more comfortable to hold for the hours I'm in class taking notes. I wasn't sure how I would feel about the spinning lead but I think it's really nifty, I still adjust my grip out of habit to keep a sharp edge but I don't need to with this pencil.Bonus points, it is super cute! I ordered the pink, love it! I plan on ordering a couple more in other colors so I can keep one in my backpack for on campus classes and another one at my desk for online classes. For folks who are particular about their writing utensils, this is a great pencil! The only thing I am not as big of a fan of is the eraser, it's a great quality eraser but small so I think I'll go through it quickly. I find the replacement erasers aren't as good quality but I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

really good
i love this! it's not really a necessity, but it super cute and the lead lasts a long time. it has a tiny little eraser on top under the cap, that isn't too useful, but i'm not bothered by that.

Feels sturdy and comfortable to use
I've been using the Uni Kurutoga Mechanical Pencil Standard for a while now, and I have to say, it's a mixed bag. On the one hand, the rotating lead mechanism is pretty cool and keeps the tip sharp, which is great for writing and drawing. The pencil itself feels sturdy and well-made. However, it just feels like a regular pencil tbh. The grip is comfortable, but I wish it had a bit more cushioning. Overall, it's a good pencil with some innovative features

Sharp, Fine Point that Never Breaks
Don’t know why I like these so much. I have bought these twice and have one everywhere I sit or work. They fit my hand right. They always have a sharp fine point, without breaking.
