Q: Useing over black mastic in basement. Does this require a vinyle sheet or sealant before putting down carpet padding & carpet?

Nope. You just might have to do a few coats depending on how thick your mastic is. I used it over worse conditions. It sticks to anything that’s why Ardex is the best

Q: Can I pour this over a parquet floor which is glued with black mastic on a concrete slab to level the floor before installing a floating floor?

Yes, you could. But if there's big chunks or missing planks you may want to use Ardex K10 which is a heavier product.

Q: Im going to put this on my countertops can i paint over this and if so what paint can be used?

Yes you can paint, but I'd recommend an epoxy or a stain for concrete. I think that would stand up to things you do on a counter top.

Q: How do I cover 400sq ft basement and keep it perfectly level?

I recommend 2 cases.. and do about 3-5 coats for PERFECTION!!! That is what I would do . You will be very happy
