I have only been taking this for a week and I notice a lot more energy, focus at work, and a better mood. My boss actually told me about this because it helps him with energy and stamina on the hockey field. The first day I took it I was so exhausted that I could barely keep my eyes open and I was expecting this to perk me up and it didn't. It took a few days to kick in but there is definitely a difference in my mood and energy. I was singing in the kitchen today and just happy, I have MS and my energy is down a lot these days which makes me moody. So far this is helping so I would def recommend it. I will try to remember to update my review in a month or so because like I said, it has only been a week. Excited to see how I feel in a month

Update: 8/2022: This definitely works for lowering homocysteine. I quit taking it for a while and my level was 18. Took 8 pills a day (see below) and in three weeks it dropped to 7.8. You want to be 7 or below and aI am almost there!Old review: Order it to reduce homocysteine levels indicated by recent blood work. Also ordered Life Extension Homocysteine resist. Took one resist and 6,000 mg of this TMG (2 with each meal and 2 at bedtime) as recommended in a Life Extension book bought last year. High homocysteine has a correlation with depression and I have no more depression. Will have blood checked after 60 days to see if the numbers show improvement but so far I am impressed (no depression). High homocysteine correlates with higher risk of cardiovascular disease/heart attacks. Check the research.

I didn't realize how important this supplement is until about a week ago. I bought this bottle over 8 months ago, but didn't use it much as it's one of many many supplements that I've been experimenting with. I have MTHFR and many other genetic mutations that result in higher levels of homocysteine, which is not a good thing. I've been trying to find the right combination of supplements to help me overcome something called POIS, post orgasmic illness syndrome, and nothing was working. Until I brought TMG into the mix. I used to be very irritable after orgasm, as well as depressed on top of the social anxiety. After introducing TMG, these symptoms have dropped dramatically. Very pleased!

These are helping a lot with my homocysteine levels and I take them with my other b vitamins for an MThfr gene mutation. I'm noticing a huge difference in my health after four weeks on the and the other vitamins I found on MThfr.net site. They are very large pills and normally I have trouble swallowing such big pills but these are going down fine as long as I swallow one at a time and drink a lot of water with each. I started with two a day and now am at three a day and next week will go up to four (recommended dose for my gene issues).

Like that fact that the product was readily available.Use for regulating and hopefully lowering homocysteine levels.

It work. The pills are really big. I had to switch to another brand with smaller pills an take two.

I am on Methotrexate and i need to have more Methylation. I am taking TMG for that reason. I notice that I feel much better, more of myself on the days I take TMG. Source Naturals is a top notch brand and I have been using their supplements for decades. I highly recommend it to those who need this.
