How It Works : Whole nights shirt clip solution creates a firm bump on your back that makes you adjust your sleeping position to the side or stomach, which ensures your airway is not blocked. Comfortable and Easy to Use: It can be easily attached to any clothes. Strong magnets with a non-slip layer make sure that the magnetic ball stays in place for the whole night. No need for special straps or belts.

It Seems to Help
I got this for my husband. He's used it only a few times. He says it helps to keep him off his back, but I'm not sure he really likes it.

Strong Magnet/ Weak Glue
Wow, what a disappointment! I get this thing, open up the box and decide to see how it works. The magnet seems nice as I try to separate the two halves of the ball. I get the ball to come apart and the freaking magnet pulls completely out of the other side of it. So good magnet strength bad glue strength. I tried to crazy glue it but the other side of the magnet will not stay in the ball. Returning it for another. I will gladly change my review if the other one stays together for more than 10 seconds.

Finally! A Sleep-Aid that Works!
Because of my apnea, sleeping is a nightmare (pun intended!). Basically, I have to sleep on my side or my stomach. Otherwise, if I sleep on my back, I snore so much it even wakes me up. The doctor said I should look for a sleeping aid to prevent me from lying on my back. I've tried an anti-snoring belt (the one with a big soft insert). The problem with the belt is that it keeps moving during the night so I have to keep tugging it to make sure it stays at the center of my back where it's supposed to be. If I so much as tighten it, I find it uncomfortable so I ditched it. So I got this Calma ball which was 70 dollars cheaper than the belt I bought before. It's super easy to attach it to any shirt I own. I used a fitted, and yet comfortable, sleepwear so the ball doesn't move to the side together with the shirt. I was worried it would detach itself during the night because I move around A LOT. But, the magnet on it is pretty strong and didn't slip apart. It stayed exactly where it was supposed to be all night! Also, because it looks like a soft foam, I was initially worried I'd just lie on it and wouldn't even notice. But it's actually not very soft, so it presses against my back enough to discourage me from shifting into that position! It took two or three nights to get used to.It came in a nice small bag like the one I use for my canon camera lens, and the material for both the bag and ball seem very good quality considering the price. One more thing, I like to monitor my sleep quality using this sleep cycle app. I noticed that since I started using Calma, my sleep quality is not only much higher, but also more consistent. I get more time in deep sleep and wake up less often, so when I get out of bed in the morning, I feel more energetic. Usually, I'm so sluggish I have to drink a lot of tea and coffee through the day, but I'm able to cut down on my caffeine now. I'm really happy with it so I'm planning to get one for my dad as well! I'm so glad I landed on this page. :)

The Ball Comes Apart
This device did work for me and is easy to use, but for me the ball comes apart too easily. The magnets need to be much stronger, or it should have a locking mechanism so it can't come apart in the night- I wouldn't care if it ruined a shirt because it did work well, but it's come apart three out of the last 5 nights so I'm returning it. Better to buy a running belt with pouch and put a tennis ball in it imho.

It doesn’t hold onto shirt sometimes
Well, I’ve been using this to help with sleep apnea. I’m a very average built person, and this item is on the right path, but not perfect. I like that I can easily take for travel, and be used by any t-shirt. The cons are, the magnets slip sometimes while sleeping resulting in one in my shirt somewhere, and the other half missing on the bed somewhere. So it needs a slightly stronger magnet, or a way to lock it to shirt while sleeping. Also wish the ball was slightly larger because the bed softness can offset the pressure of the ball and I just end up sleeping on my back anyway

Apnea sufferer who tried numerous devices prior to this one
I love it. I have had the stop snoring tennis ball tee shirt which didn't work because I read in bed before I go to sleep. I could not put the ball in the pocket without taking shirt off. Also after washing they (XL and L) were too small to fit like I wanted. I used the attached tennis ball from Etsy but it was like a hard rock and the shirt was not 100% cotton and it was hot. The slumber bump was hotter! The ISleepFit was on a bulky belt that turned around and round. Next to a thin nightgown, this did nothing but bother me. The pillow wedge would not stay in place on the mattress. The side sleeper pillow with the ear holes in it was ridiculous. I already wear a chin strap but could not stay on my side. My sleep Dr made the mouth guard custom to my mouth but it was bulky and I bit on it and it would never stay fitted. I can't believe all the $$ spent on these devices. If I don't use positional treatment, my BIPAP really doesn't help as much. I have pulmonary hypertension so no options here but find something to enforce side sleeping. This ball worked first night and did not dig a hole in my back, and I can wear it with any pjs or gowns I have. Thank you CALMA!! I am calmer. I will update my review if anything changes.
