Great product for running support
Used to use kineseotape but this product provides greater support and adheres better and longer. Will provide 3-5 days of support with showering based on moderate exercise. I tape for knee stability and pain and this tape has significantly improved both. Run 3-10 miles per taping. Highly recommend!

That is amazing to me when you consider the environment inside a ...
I had seen the K tape on Olympic volleyball players and wondered what that stuff was. Did a bit of research and decided to try it for occasional golfer's elbow. Bought the smaller roll originally but have now purchase my second large roll. The first one got used up taping both my and my sweetie's lower back and golfer's elbows. I've also taped other golfers that are experiencing lower back pain. We have made smaller rolls from the bigger one to carry in our suitcases when we travel to play golf. I've tried other brands but find that Rock Tape's adhesive does NOT irritate my skin (other brands did). I used it on the bottom of my foot when healing plantar fascitis; it stayed on a minimum of 3 days and as long as 5 days. That is amazing to me when you consider the environment inside a shoe and the showers taken each day. Rock Tape is the brand to buy if your skin is sensitive to some adhesives. The large roll is considerably less costly than the smaller rolls when you know you'll use over 100' over time. The effect is amazing. When applied correctly (don't stretch the tape when applying one end, stretch 50% and don't stretch the final attachment), it relieves pain quickly. Not sure if it actually heals but in my opinion, it relieves inflammation that allows the body to heal itself. This is an amazing product that mainstream physicians don't know much about. It works and works well. Try it if you have a chronic pain problem that is muscle related. You'll be pleasantly surprised!

RockTape is the best!
I have been using RockTape for post-plantar fascia rupture recovery and posterior tibial tendinitis and I can't say enough about how well it works. It stays stuck to the skin (unlike certain other heavily-marketed tapes out there) and will stay put for a day or two if you should need it. I highly recommend it for any sports injuries or general relief from nagging pain around joints or tendons!

I only buy Rocktape when given the choice - Glad I finally purchased the Bulk role.
Nothing stands up like Rocktape brand for this product line. I've tried several others:Muller (purchased at Walgreens) $ - but holds stick longer than it holds the stretch, and stretch has half the life of RockTape (approx 3-4 day life). I buy this when I forget to pack tape and forget that my tape will need replacing when traveling.Kins Tape Gold (my massage therapist's choice) $$ looses stick before it looses stretch. (approx 5 day life)Rock Tape $$ (slightly more than KT Gold brand - depending on quantity purchased) but the stick and stretch last about a week for me. (approx 5-7 day life)In the past I purchased the smaller rolls of whatever had the best price point of Rock Tape on Amazon. I finally plunged on buying the Bulk roll and it has lasted me over a year. Seemed like a large purchase up front, but with how long it has lasted me it has been worth it!

Thinner than it used to be, comes off easily, and frays
I used to love Rock Tape But about 6-9 months ago, it seemed like the product got thinner. It doesn’t feel nearly as supportive, frays around the edges within a day, and doesn’t stay on for nearly as long as it used to. It used to adhere to the skin well for at least 3 or 4 days including daily showers and workouts. Even after three or four days of wearing it, sometimes it really pulled the skin to take it off..that’s how well it adhered. Now sometimes it doesn’t even make it through one tennis practice before it frays or starts to pull away from the skin and lose its support. The product is expensive relative to other brands but I didn’t mind paying the extra money because the quality was so good and it stayed on the best. Now it’s no better than cheaper brands so I’m going to go back to the brand I used before. I’ve tried different Rick Tape prints to make sure it wasn’t a print issue. It’s not. Sad Rock Tape isn’t what it used to be.

Good, but thinner than the black ones
These are good. They stick well. The only negative is that they seem to be thinner and possibly not stick quite as well as the black Rocktape (smaller roll). I know they say they are the same. But it is noticable.
