You get what you pay for....excellent customer service
I purchased these in rose gold for an upcoming trip. I used one throughout the UK and everything went fine. I decided to use the second one on a trip last week to Canada....no go....second lock does not work...cannot get the curved hinge part to raise up to do anything.UPDATE! The customer service department reached out to me and through several emails the problem is resolved. I'm impressed by their response.

I used this product when traveling through Europe by train and bus to lock two bags together. It was significantly smaller and lighter than previous products I've used, making it very convenient. I think using this product allowed me to relax with peace of mind.

Whether I travel by plane, train, bus or car I know my luggage is secure. I like the four combination lock as it affords me peace of mind in that guessing the combination is not that easy. TSA only can access my luggage.The combination is easy to set and easy to dial when I want access. 👍🏻
