My daughter birthday present epic success. Then screen allows her to see all views and captures a wide view of video games, homework and can use as a TV. We are elated with the quality and overall look of this monitor. It gets the job done!

UPDATE: 9/10/24 - I have now owned this monitor for just over 100 days. I've been having some odd flickering issues on the display when using the HDMI port. I've changed out the HDMI cable and changed the port on the computer, but nothing worked until I stopped using HDMI and started using the DisplayPort connector on the monitor instead. The USB C hub still works fine with my Mac, it's just the HDMI port that has been weird. I am still satisfied with this monitor, though I will be a little bit more weary of Amazon Renewed products going forward. If this is the most recent update on my review, then the display is still working aside from the HDMI port.Original Review:This was my first Amazon Renewed purchase, so I was a bit nervous that this product would not meet my expectations. I had worried about nothing. I cannot tell the difference between this monitor and a brand-new model. It came in a Samsung box (though yours may not), came with all-new accessories, and came completely spotless. There was not a scratch on the display, nor the glossy plastic on the back, and all functions are operational.As for the monitor itself, it's fantastic. It's large, curved so my eyes need to move less, and comes with integrated speakers that are not great, but good enough that I don't feel the need to by a pair of desktop speakers. I really really like that the monitor comes with the thunderbolt 3 cable, and I like that the monitor supports thunderbolt 3. I can plug in my computer using just the one cable and have all functions of the screen available, as well as charging my computer at the same time.My only complaint with this monitor are the colors. Due to the VA panel and matte display texture, the colors don't pop as much as they do on my Macbook's internal display. I suppose if I needed to complain about a second thing, it would be the power brick - the thing is large and in-charge (haha). I 3M-taped it to the bottom of my desk and promptly forgot it even existed.

Came with a crack in the upper left portion of the screen, I had to pay return cost for defective merchandise.Will never buy online from this company again.

Purchased two of these for my work from home set up. Allows for running home security or Apple TV in a picture in pitcher in a variety of locations and screen configurations, multiple machines, gaming systems, and a bunch of other connection options. Even lower quality HP docks can support three of these monitors. I pair these with a 3rd simple HD 27” wide for monitoring emails. 16 months into my set up and still loving it.

Great deal, am mostly happy with the product, there is a slight crack in the plastic corner that allows a small amount of light to bleed through, it’s a very minor eye sore but if you are super picky I could see how it would bother you
