I bought this to use when I was having my hair dyed with 6 different colors. The bowls are smaller than normal bowls for hair dying which was great for what I was doing. The bowls snap together but I didn't use that feature. The brushes are more narrow than a normal dye brush which makes them easier to work with for coloring smaller areas.Personally I found this whole set to be exactly what I needed. I dyed my hair using magenta, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. These bowls allowed me to match the dye with the same color bowl and brush so there was no issue on figuring out what color was in which bowl. The bowls cleaned up nicely without any hassle. The white bristles of the brushes got dyed from some of the colors but now they just match even better.I would recommend these to anyone who is looking to color code their dye while dying and anyone who is looking for multiple bowls for doing a multi colored dye job.

Very cute bowls

They are much smaller then other bowls but it's ok I love them. Plus in the description they stated it's 200ml so you cant be mad at the size. Ill be using these bowls for vivids anyway, its so easy to get colors mixed up but with these bowls its impossible to forget which color is which...I also love that they clip together that's one the the things that made me purchase them and they hold very strong .... brushes are a bit smaller too but again it's OK.

The bowls are on the smaller size, so you may have to do two for a single application, depending on your hair length. However; they stack nicely in the cupboard, are dishwasher safe, and the brushes are good at applicating product. Again, the brushes are on the smaller side, so remember this when/if you color or bleach hair frequently. Altogether, not a bad product! The colors are lovely.

I have been doing my daughters color at home for awhile. She wants those pastel pinks and purples. So we are bleaching often and coloring. I was afraid to use the professional methods and tools. I was applying products with my hands instead of a brush.This is way better. I'm no pro but it is way less messy and uses less product to use the brushes. Less on shirt, less in ears etc. My daughter said she felt so much better about me being able to do root only touch ups. She said she didn't miss the salon experience since I stepped it up with these sets. I love the matching brushes and different colors because we use more than one color and more than one type of product. I ended up using 4 bowls last time. The matching brushes keep me from grabbing the wrong brush. I felt really happy having these to work with and trying to be more professional. Lots people can't go to the salon right now. These are great if you are doing it at home.

They clip together easily (not so easily come apart). Goodish size. Love the brushes but they do stain easily. All in all a good product and I recommend.

I’ve been bleaching/dying my hair for near 8-9 years now. THESE. ARE. AWESOME. I would save small bowls to use (from apple sauce, etc), but these are much better. I love how they’re colored so I can use the bowl that corresponds with the color dye I’m using. Not only that, but the brushes match, too, so I won’t grab the wrong one on accident.- they don’t stain- easy to clean- anti-slip bottoms- attach the bowls together or don’t, your choice- stackable- the brush bristles are easy to clean, but can stain (doesn’t affect the product— mine are still white with the exception of purple and blue which have stained a little)
