So I know this sounds nuts ut I received these today and took my first one with lunch and I am 100% serious I can already tell there's significant improvement in my flora, for real, after 8 hours. So I highly recommend if you have any issues with your lady stuff, buy this you will not be disappointed.

I used to only write reviews of products when they were below my expectations but I figured it makes sense to write about items that exceed expectations too. I have struggled with losing weight for years now, tried every diet known to man and end up losing weight and still feel bloated or gain it right back. After extensive research I learnt that probiotics can help weight loss so i figured I’ll give it a try. I took 2 capsules 2 hours before bed for about a month. While losing weight, I have more energy and don’t feel hungry as much when I wake up. My tape measure shows that I lost 4 inches around my waist, I still need to order a scale for the number. If you’re on the fence, buy it. It really works

This product was selected as a probiotic and because it has very few fillers. The added items for urinary health seemed a plus but I am not sure it helped in my case. I have used it for 6 months or better and like it as a probiotic.

I have been trying different probiotics to try and cure bloating and gas. No luck til now. I've had this problem for 4 years since my hip replacements. As part of the surgery they nuc your system with potent antibiotics. This caused many problems for the last 4 years.Within two days of starting this probiotic the bloating was gone and the gas reduced to presurgury levels. Also, a side effect of my surgery was I developed ulnar nerve Neuropathy in both my hands. The doctors have no solution. The only thing that helped for the last 4 years was sashimi (raw fish), which would increase feeling for a day. So as of now, after 5 days of this probiotic, the feeling in my pinky and ring fingers in both hands has returned. The probiotic is helping me digest something that helps. I have no idea what. No tingling at all. It's gone. Now I can eat sashimi when I want, not as temporary relief. Your mileage may vary, but I'm a happy camper.

I love that it's vegan and the quality is excellent. I switched from another brand that I thought was good quality especially for the price, however it wasn't vegan, but I was amazed at how much better this vegan brand is for keeping my body balanced and healthy, and it's affordable!Also, they offered me a free product with the arrival of my 2nd purchase, so I contacted them, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful in making sure it gets sent to me. My only disappointment was that the product ran out, but. as soon as they were back in supply, they emailed me to send me two bottles. Amazing!!!Update: I love this brand and my only wish is that they provide an option for more supplements in one bottle or a smaller bottle as the ratio of supplements to the container size is huge.

What is the point of a subscription if you never get it on time? I love this product, but I always run out. I get it faster if i cancel the order, and then reorder at full price. Amazon needs to get it together!

Alright, I literally NEVER write reviews for anything, so the fact that I'm writing this is a testament to how happy I am with these. I've never been *officially* diagnosed with IBS-D, but from doing tons of research online and hearing others' experiences with it, I'm 99.9% sure that's what I have Never have a solid BM, often times it's sudden and urgent. I also deal with CONSTANT gas, where holding it more than 15-30 minutes starts to cause severe bloating and discomfort. Within three days of taking these regularly, my BMs had transitioned completely to normal, which I haven't had for over two years. No more urgent bathroom trips praying I can make it in time, no more constant gas, and no more bloating. If I could give this stuff 10 stars I would. This stuff is a GODSEND.
