Q: What is this? headline says shampoo but all photos are of hand lotion?? many of the other cake products here on amazon do not match their description.

Cake is a brand name. I 7se the shampoo and conditioner. I'm sure they probably have lotion as well. It's all in the pink packaging.

Q: What are the ingredients please?

the bottle says water, sunflower seed oil, shea butter, soy protein, panthenol, glycerin, fragrances. I can tell you that my hair feels amazing after using these products and they smell wonderful. I have the shampoo, conditioner (both thickening/volume) and I use the blow out balm. They all work great and I love them.
