Works just like the chiropractor's chair.
My chiropractor was charging me $15 to use her professional version of this chair for 6 minutes. This device is much cheaper, is made for home use, and securely perches on top of an overturned 5 gallon bucket. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Just like the chiropractors, but portable!
Wish we would of bought this sooner. It's nice that it can be moved wherever we need, not having to move a big awkward stand, too. Just buy it!

Really glad I have this
Because it is expensive and non-returnable it was quite a risk to purchase, but my pain was greater than my fear, and thankfully it was well worth the money.I think the other reviewer, claiming that the chair gave him herpes is pretty funny. (Note to dude: chairs are not for licking). I also wonder if he is a chiropractor afraid this might hurt his business. He would have good reason to think so. It's not by any means a total solution. I do stretches and am getting professional help, but my visits have gotten fewer and more effective.Sitting at a computer is what really seems to do a number on my back. I have moved much of my work to counter where I can stand, but still suffer from lower back pain. I take this to work every Monday and leave it for the week. Having it there really helps me stretch parts of my lower back I don't seem to be able to stretch any other way.

Life saver!
My chiro has me use this wobble chair every time I go. I decided to invest in this for use at home on the days I do not see the chiro. It has saved me from excess pain. I highly recommend investing in this if you are familiar with using one at your chiro or with your PT.

Start very gently and increase gradually.
I use it immediately before bedtime. It stretches out and relaxes the muscles below the waist. I have no cartilage in my left hip so this process enables me to relax and sleep.

AMAZING! I've had terrible lower back problems for years! I have only been using this for about a week and it is life changing! No pain!!!!!
