*Wonderful book for easy and healthy cooking! Very creative and Easy to follow recipes. The best part is the first 70 pages that carry science info on nutrients, the proper way of dieting, foods to have and avoid, FAQs, etc.*I've never written a review before - but this book deserves it.This was a great investment as it has tremendous recipes for those on Low carb, medium protein, healthy fat diets.The recipes are mostly quick to prepare and they fill you up. If you want to lose weight but not feel hungry all the time, this is perfect. It is very surprising what you ARE allowed to eat and it is actually meant to be a new way of life where food is concerned and this is the best type of diet.This book contains scientific, nutritious, and diet related information, which helps dieting better.It gives great tips for eating out. The ground rules are simple and easy to grasp.It’s an inspiring book and thank you so much for writing it!

....the book has wealth of info (not just recipes)...A to Z of LCHF/Keto, FAQ, DOs and DONTs, list of ingredients/fruits /veggies to be used, not to be used etc etc....you can look for anything and everything about LCHF from this book....I will highly recommend each of you to treasure this book....don't miss ...Buy it immediately....👍👍

Only vegetable dishes are given in the book. Not a single non veg recipe. Apart from that book is useful for keto Dieters.
