it has no usefull functionality. water remains cold and there is no heating functionality. small height means water at max level doesnt cover full feet. additional accessories are also not useful. it only has buuble and vibration. expensive for the functionality with no return option

Absolutely loved the product. Beurer is a famous German brand and the product definitely lives upto their reputation. Very convenient to use with adequate power cord length. Design is wonderful with excellent build quality and ergonomic design. No sharp edges or corners. Works like a charm. Since the unit doesn't have a heater, there is no leakage current. Can use it in your living room while watching tv or reading a book. Purchased it for my Mom amd she loves it. Price is slightly high compared to competition, but the unit is made in Germany and I believe that's a price we are willing to pay for German quality and reliability.

Edit: Changing my mind after long term use. Rating previous 5 to now 2.The spa has the best quality no doubt but it fell short on the design side... few problems in this foot spa that makes you want a better product:1. Noise. I noticed it from the second use, it's impossible to relax in the noise this product makes. They could have done with less powerful motor and less powerful bubbles.2. Comfort. After the spa, the feet feel rejuvenated sure, but to use the spa itself is an uncomfortable experience.The rollers have very sharp (I would almost say) needles. And it starts getting really uncomfortable after 5-10mins of usage.And since the rollers are quite raised, the foot isn't in contact with anything else but the rollers. So now you've got two spiky rollers to work with and find relaxation .. doesn't work.It has been difficult to find good foot spas in the market...
