Favorite Multivitamin
this is my very favorite Women’s multi vitamin. It gives me so much energy.Great value for the money, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do performance wise. The taste is like any other tabulated vitamin. The ingredients are really top-tier and I highly recommend to any woman at any age range.

Higher Energy Levels
I've only been taking these for maybe a week or less, and I can tell a difference in energy levels. I've only been taking one per day, and the serving size is actually three. I might try increasing the dose to two a day to see if there's a difference. If you only take this type of dose instead of 3 a day, the bottle will last longer, too.Yes, like the other reviews say it is a large pill and it is a little stinky, but it's a vitamin. *shrug* It's quick to take and after that you forget about it and only enjoy the benefits. The only other notable side effect for me has been brighter colored urine, but I have increased my water intake and everything leveled out.

It's too big to swallow, I gave up on them after a short while.
It's a shame that a size is something that makes not to take them (and wouldn't I want to start cut them)I think this company should consider that.

Great vitamins but they have a strong smell
I love the vitamins but the smell is very strong. I keep them in a different room. They are a larger pill so can be hard to swallow. My hair and nails are perfect.

Best multivitamin for Women
I have a hard time finding multiple vitamins that agree with me i have tried several brands but always come back to Solgar absolutely no after effects Energy throughout the day! These are the best ever!! I’ve been using Solgar vitamins for 5 years and won’t switch to any other brand The best!

B6 toxicity can causes irreversible damage to your nervous system.
Be aware of B6 Toxicity, I m experiencing MS like symptoms since I took this product foe long time. High doses of B6 can damage your nervous system little known by doctors. Please do your research before taking high doses of B6 vitamin.
