Aloe 250 for my 103-year-old Italian mom, 1 every three days is an effective regularity dose. I steer clear of Senna, cape aloe is quite a bit easier on the system. Thumbs up.

Proceed with caution: this is an extremely effective laxative. It takes 8-12 hours to take effect, and usually causes one natural movement which is good, but do not underestimate, and do not double the dose too fast. Give it time! There is also a 450 if you feel the 250 is not quite strong enough. May cause some slight cramping prior to producing a bowel movement.

We use this about once a week now and wow does it work. Take it the night before and around noon you should have an out of body experience. It takes no prisoners.

I love this stuff! I have been on a Lyme disease protocol and wasn’t eliminating enough. My doctor recommended this, and if I take it every day at the same time )It’s just Aloe), I have no problems! I’m getting the higher dose next time!No cramping or problems of any kind!!
