The gold standard for amp/cab/IR pedals
There are a million video demos and online reviews so I'm just here to leave 5 stars. It sounds great recording and just playing with headphones, and takes pedals extremely well--klon, vibe, etc. Full disclosure: the power supply died on the first day but I use it with an isolated supply anyway. The pedal itself is well worth the price.

Excellent pedal
This pedal sounds great, is built like a tank, and is easy to use.

It rocks
I paired this with the purchase of my first electric guitar after 20 years of playing acoustic guitar. It satisfies my need to play into headphones and -when combined with my new PRS SE 24-08- the amp and cab settings give me some good options for tone upon which I can build as my pedalboard grows.

Great but overpriced
Great amp/cab sim in one. It's def for people that want to use their pedals and not totally change over to processors.I normally use a tube amp with a 4x12 cab but due to a broken back this year I'm going direct into an insanely loud Headrush FRFR108 speaker that weights 19lbs. This will keep up with a metal drummer.Anyway, the Strymon sounds really good, not as good as the amps on the Fractal FM3 I had and that's where I'm going with my point. For $400 I think it's over priced. Should be $300. It's limited on high gain, so you'll need a boost if you play anything that is extremely high gain or if you want to tighten your sound.I use a boss SD1 overdriver with the volume on that up all the way, eq to taste and the driver all the way down and it tightens the Strymon Marshall and Strymon Vox settings. I also went in and changed the Cab IR's to get me what I was looking for.My favorite setting is the Marshall on the stock Cab A setting with my SD1 fed into my Headrush FRFR 108 speaker. It sounds good, not perfect but really good.I'd be quick to jump ship if I could go to another amp/cab IR pedal that offered more of what I wanted for high gain. Would like to see Neural DSP offer the same thing without having to buy an entire processor (quad cortex).

BEST AMP IN A PEDAL I'VE HEARD AND YOU GET 3 OF THEM
My church is small and I always used my 65' Fender Deluxe. 22 watts and I was always too loud on 2 1/2. They wanted to go ampless and have the instruments go direct to address these issues. Over the years I've owned and used many processors and pedals and I never found anything good enough. So here are the pluses.Well for me nothing compares to a real tube amp but the Iridium really does the trick and I am satisfied with my sound. It sounds great and I'm getting great live sound with the 3 amp models and speaker cab choices. It takes pedals better than any processor I've ever tried. The reverb choices are nice. They are only room reverb but that's what I use any way.The only negative is-It can only save 1 preset and for the money it should be able to save and erase more presets and they be identified by colored led's. .

Best amp-sim pedal, bar none
I tried the Tonex, Line 6, et al. for my worship board, but all were complex and temperamental. This simple pedal is exactly what you need to get true amp tones without all the fuss.

Iridium Not Like an Amp
The Iridium does not sound like an amp. When I bought this I thought I was covered under Amazon rules but this was sold thru a third party vendor and now I am stuck with this $400 mistake. If I were to send it back I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. I suppose in the end it is my fault for thinking I was buying from Amazon. Live and learn. My advice is, if you think you are buying a good alternative to your amp, your not. The Iridium does not react like an amp at all and it works even worse if you plug an overdrive or distortion into it. So no, the Iridium is not a good alternative to an amplifier. What a waste of money! If I could return it I would but it will cost me $80 to return it. Buyer be ware, not everything sold on Amazon is sold by Amazon and you could be subject to restocking fees to the tune of 20%.

A Revolution in a Box
This thing is a game changer for me. As someone who records alone, it is always some sort of compromise between tone and usability. Recording tube amps by yourself is a pain in the ass and unless you've got a studio of some kind it can only be done so well. Then there's this thing. It's as easy to use as an old POD or whatever, expect it sounds so close to the sound of a recorded amp in a room that I'll be using it for pretty much everything moving forward.Great product. Best Strymon pedal I've used.
