I added a little of this to my home made hand sanitizer. Worked perfectly! I used 99+% Pure Isopropyl Alcohol, plus Aloe Vera gel. Add a little at a time. It can get VERY thick... Like jello! Little goes a long way. I mixed in a blender for a complete saturation.

Great product, easy to deal with. Took a long time to get, and arrived with a punctured bag. Situation resolved.

Doesn’t work thickening hand sanitizer.

Not the best quality, clumps and takes longer to hydrate than previous orders I have received from other sellers but it came quickly and wasn’t too expensive. Would buy again if I need it quickly.

Works great when you know how to use it. It should be added very slowly using a sifter to prevent lumps. Once completely hydrated , about 2 hours, then add a strong base to bring the Ph up between 5.5 and 9 and it will turn in to a jell. If you use as little as 0.5 % and balance the Ph you will have a jell thick enough that it will not pour. Be sure to use distilled water in you mix to keep the jell clear.

That because you need to change the pH to between 6-7 for carbomer to thicken. When the carbomer is hydrated it is at around pH 3.5-4.0. Once you raise the pH by adding a base like TEA, it will thicken and clarify. Awesome product!
