Good Quality Mini SAS cables
I'm a IT technician and I use this in my kit along with caddyless drive bays (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OUSU8MI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and/or Power splitters (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0086OGN9E/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1) and a SAS card to quickly spin up adhoc multi-terabyte arrays using commodity drives. As a consultant the ability to spin these up in minutes using a spare PC to backup or temporarily get critical enterprise storage back online while it's degraded or down for service has saved my bacon countless times and given room to consider options and engage vendors for a more sensible long term solution.

Works with internal SATA drives without an adapter.
Hooked up to a LSI LSI00276 and 4 internal SATA drives. I was using this for a solaris VM running on ESXi (vt-d passthrough to the solaris machine) and have zfs mirrors set up and working. One reviewer claimed you needed some type of adapter to hook it up to internal sata drives but I hooked it up directly no problem. Works great!

these cats have the market cornered
i have a few cablecreations products and the thin flimsy wires always freak me out but they work alright. i prefer the rugged EMC or Dell cables but for the price these guys work well.

Works great with my LSI 9207-8e SAS HBA
This cable works with my LSI 9207-8e SAS HBA, im using unraid and detects all drives. Im ordering a second one for my other 8088 external port

Cable transfers data at full SSD speed
The four SSDs are rated at 500 MBs and the four should give about 2GBs. Connected 4 SSDs in Raid O and got 2.19 GBs which is the same as the combined maximum transfer rate of all four SSDs. I am certain that the cable will last for years so I gave it full 5 star rating. Tested on a Lsi megarade (Pcie 2.0x8) controller installed in an old 990FX motherboard with an AMD FX8370 running at 4.6 GHZ.

High Quality Cable / Works Great with Dell PERC H810
The cable exceeded my expectations (hard to do). It is a quality cable that works great with my Dell PERC H810 controller that spans into 4 large sas drives. Everything works great. I would recommend this product and I plan on buying it again.

I picked up two of these, one of each size. Both sizes work fine even though the SATA spec only goes to a meter. This was tested using my RocketStor 6328L and 8 drives of various manufacturers, sizes, both solid state and spinning disk.ICY DOCK Dual Bay 2.5 to 3.5 SATA / SAS SSD/ HDD Trayless Hot-swap Dock / Mobile Rack For 3.5 Drive Bay - flexiDOCK MB522SP-B Even this floppy drive bay adapter worked with it.I trust the quality of these to support booting operating systems from my external array onto my MacBook Pro.
