Helped a lot with my pain
I bought these and didn’t even realize there was 2 in the box.lol I was pleasantly surprised.I wear these all day at work.I am on my feet for 8 hours on concrete and these have helped so much with my foot pain.They stay put too!

These are awesome for wearing around the house especially when wearing slippers.

Relief
I was finding it painful to wear my sandals or flip-flops. I started using these, after a while I found I didn’t need to use them as often. Now it’s if I’ve been walking around for a while. So, if I’m going to be walking a distance in flip-flops I put them on and enjoy my day.

Arch relief
These have been amazing with giving temporary relief from fallen arches. Fits in my shoes and can't even tell I'm wearing them.

Not A Good Idea
This product tries to do the work of two different items and does neither well. A cheap elastic band placed around your foot feels great when you have plantar fasciitis. So do shoe inserts with high arches, like the Dr. Scholl's one made specifically for this problem. This product combines those two ideas by putting a small plastic insert right on your arch, held in place by an elastic strap. So I guess you could use this in many types of shoes without replacing the insoles, but going the insole route is much more convenient.
