I want a solar Heater that will not ware out for at least a year being used every day. How would a black insulated 10 gallon water cooler work???

first of all it is not a water cooler. first you wash out the solar shower bag with baking soda and water. so your frist shower the water will not smell like plastic. to keep it frome smelling nasty the next time you use it. hang it in the garage for a couple days to give the inside to dry. you just lay the bag on a towel in the sun. about 4 to 6 hours the water should be warm enought for a shower. use caution... the water can get very hot. always test befor jumping in. i have more than one and i love it. it beats the bucket method. there is many diffrent ways to shower while camping. i have tried many. i like this one the best!!!

How does the water drain from the floor?

There are four exit drain ports, on at each corner of the floor... the water drains EASILY.

If you attach the floor, is it fully enclosed, without any gaps or holes for bugs to fly into the shelter/tent?

I had about 200 types of flies in the shower because of that floor gap, if you are scared of bugs this is NOT for you!

Does the bag have an attached shower head or would I need to purchase one separately?

There is no need to purchase a shower head. It has a small shower head on it. It isn't going to soak you like a normal head would be any means, but it works well. Remember, this is gravity fed so you are only going to get so-much pressure. The size head fits the application.
