Great little trailer. Came in four boxes and was easy to assemble. It took about three hours by myself. It is very light and easy to move by hand even when fully loaded. So much easier than car topping.I had to contact the seller to get the manufacture of origin paperwork to register it but they were very responsive and overnighted the paperwork to me. Great customer support

Item was as described. Arrived in four separate boxes with all parts and pieces present. Was easy to put together and took just under 3 hours to do by myself in the driveway. Solid trailer, tows and backs easy behind my Rav yet light enough to move around by hand while loaded. I used my own J-hooks instead of the ones that came with the trailer, setting the supplied hooks aside in case I need to haul more than 2 boats. If loaded correctly I believe one could fit 3-4 kayaks on the trailer.You will need a 2” ball, and there was a pigtail for amber tongue marker lights, but nowhere to mount them and those lights were not provided. I just zip tied the front end of the wire harness to the tongue (the wire runs through the frame and comes out by the hitch), leaving enough loose to plug into. All the supplied lights work perfectly.I’m going to add a cargo box to carry paddles, life jackets, fishing gear, etc.Had difficulty registering because seller did not include a bill of sale in the paperwork, only the title. Overall very happy with it

We use it to haul two regular sized kayaks. It’s easy to load and seems durable. Our trailer license came off and I would definitely recommend double reinforcing it. Overall it was good for the price.

Directions were terrible. Pictures didn't even make it easy to understand. I did get it together

Assembly instructions were clear with all parts labeled. The quality of components is sturdy and well fitted.

We purchased this trailer to transport our kayak, and it doesn't work with kayaks (or atleast kayaks of our's length). Supremely disappointed, do not recommend. I wish that the trailer's length limitations were listed.

I recently bought and assembled an Ecolight 2 Boat J-Rack trailer package. I was confused about the flat four pin connection and posted a critical review. It looked like four female plugs. However, since then a service representative contacted me and set me straight. I was wrong and I deleted the review. This is a new review: I really like this trailer. Just took it out for the first time yesterday with two kayaks. Trailed great and eliminated having to hoist two 50-plus pound kayaks over my head to a roof rack after coming in tired from several hours on the lake. It is just what I needed.

It is very lightweight and easy to move around by hand and hitch to the car.The electrical harness was too short to plug into the hitch assembly and needed an extender which we purchased at Menards. This is a great trailer for kayaks. ( We have 2 trailers, one at our cabin and one at our home)
