most everything you need to bring power back to starter
If you are the least bit mechanically inclined, you can replace the brushes on you starter. I had an outboard with a very slow running starter and swapped the new kit out. The starter was brought back to life.I still bought a new starter, but I have the rebuilt one ready to go in case/when I need it.

Mercuiser outboard 250hp
Fit mercruiser outboard starter perfectly. Cleaned armature and installed new brushes. Cranks over like new now! Use some sheet metal cut and bent like the attached photo to hold brushes in place to assemble the starter.

Seems like a great buy
A little tricky to change out but nothing the average pigeon couldn't figure out they work great I didn't have to spend 200 bucks on a starter
